Felix H. Tschudi Chairman of the Board
		Born 1960. Mr. Tschudi attended the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and served as Sub-Lieutenant. He achieved a Second Mate’s certificate from merchant navy colleges in the UK, a BSc(Econ) from London School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD, France. Before joining Tschudi & Eitzen in 1989, Mr. Tschudi worked for the Vienna based trading and finance house AWT, a subsidiary of the Creditanstalt Group. Felix H. Tschudi is a Norwegian representative of the Executive Council of Intertanko, a member of the P&I Club Skuld Committee and a former President of the Oslo Shipowners Association.

Jon Edvard Sundnes Managing Director
		Born 1955. Mr. Sundnes graduated as Naval Architect (MSc) from NTH Trondheim in 1980, Oslo School of Business Administration (BI) in 1984 and became an Authorised Financial Analyst in 1993. He worked as a surveyor for DnV 1981-84, as a ship and project broker in Fearnleys 1984-90; and has subsequently held various management positions including MD of First Olsen Tankers Ltd and Mega Tankers until he joined Tschudi & Eitzen in 2000, initially as MD of Tschudi & Eitzen Ship Management and ultimately as CEO of Tschudi & Eitzen Holding AS.

Peter Steiness Larsen Chief Financial Officer
		Born 1962. Peter Steiness Larsen has an MSc in Finance from the Copenhagen Business School. His working experience includes: 6 years with Burmeister & Wain Shipyard AS (Finance and Project development), 5 years with Elsam Project AS (Project Finance Manager)and 4 years with Enron Nordic Energy (Manager for Structured Projects). He has also been self employed and involved in projects within energy, commodity trading and risk management.

Celia M. Lindqvist Corporate Secretary
		Born 1960. Celia Lindqvist has a SHND in Business Studies with French and Italian from  Napier College, Edinburgh and an additional Marketing Diploma. She has international, administrative experience from positions within commodities and the paper and travel industry. She joined the T&E Group in 2003.

Copenhagen/Tallinn Søren Andersen Managing Director, ESCO and Otto Danielsen A/S
		Born 1960. Worked as a trainee and shipbroker with the Danish ship owners Lehmann Junior from 1978 till 1983 followed by a brief employment as assistant chartering manager with Lauritzen Reefers in Copenhagen. From 1985 till 2001 Søren Andersen held various positions with ship owners Knud I Larsen A/S / KIL Shipping A/S in Copenhagen ultimately serving as Director of the container ship division from 1994. When Tschudi & Eitzen bought KIL Shipping A/S in 2001, Søren Andersen was appointed Managing Director of KIL, and the company was subsequently renamed Tschudi & Eitzen Shipping (Denmark) A/S. From April 2003 Søren Andersen took over as Managing Director of ESCO. Søren Andersen is also the Managing Director of Rederiet Otto Danielsen and Chairman of Tschudi Logistics Holding AS.

Heemstede/Holland Joop D. Timmermans Managing Director ITC, Holland
		Born 1944. Attended Nautical College 1962 and gained a Dutch master’s licence in 1972. Sailed as a nautical officer with N.V. Stoomvaartmaatschappij Nederland from 1962 till 1975. Mr. Timmermans joined ITC in 1975 as a marine superintendent. From 1979 he served as manager of the commercial department and from 1983 as Vice President in charge of operations. In 1991 Mr. Timmermans became Managing Director of Fairmount Marine bv a specialised broker / owners representative in the non-conventional marine markets. In 1997 he rejoined ITC to become Managing Director. In 2002 Mr. Timmermans was elected President of the International Salvage Union and in addition serves as a member of the Salvage Liaison group, the LOF working group and the Scopic Committee of the ISU. He is Chairman of the supervisory board of the Dutch National Tug Museum.
